Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- You will need to provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation).
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code.
- Gift cards and vouchers.
How to Initiate a Return

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
